All subscription fees, including monthly and annual plans, once paid, are deemed final transactions and no refunds will be given. This policy applies to:

2. Service Interruptions

3. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly:
- You must contact us within 7 working days of the charge
- Provide your transaction ID, payment confirmation, and a detailed description of the issue
- We will investigate the matter and respond within 15 working days
- If we determine there was a billing error, we will issue an appropriate refund or credit

4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
